Bank of Maharashtra Recommends 12% Final Dividend

Bank of Maharashtra's Board recommends a final dividend of 12% (₹1.20 per share) for FY 2025-26.
This final dividend is in addition to the 10% interim dividend (₹1.00 per share) paid earlier in the fiscal year.
The record date for the dividend payment will be communicated to shareholders after AGM approval.
