A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Monday, 10th August 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.

Trading Window Closure

As previously communicated via Letter No. BASML/SEC/361/SE'S/2026-27 dated 25th June 2026, the trading window of the company remains closed from 1st July 2026 to 12th August 2026 (both days inclusive). The closure period extends until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results.
