Banswara Syntex Appointed Co Sec Withdraws Acceptance

Banswara Syntex Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The disclosure concerns the unilateral withdrawal of consent by Ms. Monika Bohara (ACS A60048) for her appointment as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. This appointment was previously communicated to the exchanges via letter No. BSL/SEC/2026-27/31 dated 31st July 2026 following a Board Meeting outcome, with an effective date of 3rd August 2026.

As a result of this withdrawal, the proposed appointment has not taken effect. The Company has stated it is actively searching for a suitable candidate to fill this vacancy and will make requisite disclosures upon finalization of a new appointment.

During the interim period, pending the appointment of a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Mr. Shaleen Toshniwal (Managing Director, DIN:00246432) will be responsible for ensuring applicable compliances.
