Banzai International’s stock rose up to 62% in after‑hours trading after announcing a distribution partnership with Ingram Micro.
The deal, executed via DistiNow, will distribute Banzai’s OpenReel video software and Demio webinar platform through Ingram’s U.S. channel network.
Banzai expects the alliance to accelerate adoption of its AI‑powered marketing solutions among its 150,000 customers, including Amazon, Dell and Salesforce.
Ingram Micro reaches nearly 90% of the global population, providing Banzai access to a vast B2B distribution ecosystem.
