Barak Valley Cements Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding a revision to its Annual General Meeting notice.
The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on September 2, 2026, approved a revised notice for the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The 27th AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 03:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The company clarified that the notice of the AGM approved earlier had not been uploaded or circulated to the members of the Company. Accordingly, the revised notice approved by the Board on September 2, 2026, shall be the final notice of the 27th AGM and will be circulated/shared with the members of the Company.
