BASF India's Board recommended a final dividend of ₹25 per equity share (250%) for FY 2025-26.
The dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
If approved, the dividend will be payable to shareholders on or after 17th August 2026.
