Bata India Limited has made a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulation 30 regarding a change in its Senior Management Personnel.
The company has appointed Mr. Sachin Arora as Head – Industrials. The appointment is effective from November 3, 2026, subject to completion of joining formalities. This is a full-time employment position.
Mr. Arora brings over 17 years of extensive experience in sales leadership, business development and channel management across the industrial and safety solutions sectors. Prior to joining Bata, he worked with leading organizations including PIP Global Safety, Honeywell and 3M India, where he gained experience in business growth, market expansion and strategic partnerships. He holds a B.Tech degree and PGDM in Marketing from NIBM Global, Pune.
