Annual General Meeting Details

The 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) facility / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This is in compliance with MCA General Circular Nos. 14/2020, 17/2020, 20/2020 and subsequent circulars, the latest being No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025.

Unclaimed Dividend and KYC Update

The Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) has initiated the "Saksham Niveshak" campaign (Second 100 Days Campaign) to reach shareholders with unpaid/unclaimed dividends whose KYC details are not updated. Unclaimed dividends will be credited only after KYC updates are completed.
