Bayer CropScience Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about its 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and final dividend declaration for FY 2025-26.
The 68th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting is being conducted in compliance with General Circular(s) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The Board of Directors has recommended a Final Dividend of ₹60 per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2025-26. This dividend declaration is subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
