BCC Fuba India Limited has made a disclosure to BSE Limited regarding the forfeiture of partly paid-up equity shares pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.

The company had previously sent a First and Final Reminder cum Forfeiture Notice to holders of partly paid-up equity shares, providing them a final opportunity to pay the unpaid First and Final Call Money together with applicable interest during the period from August 13, 2026 to August 27, 2026.

The company did not receive the Call Money payment for 8,327 partly paid-up equity shares within the specified period. The notice had explicitly stated that non-payment would result in forfeiture of the shares including the application money already paid, in accordance with the Companies Act 2013 and the company's Articles of Association.

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on September 11, 2026 (commencing at 12:00 PM and concluding at 01:30 PM), approved the forfeiture of these 8,327 partly paid-up equity shares. The forfeiture includes both the amount already paid-up on these shares (totaling ₹3,12,262.50) and the unpaid First and Final Call Money of ₹37.50 per share together with applicable interest.

The company will issue a notice of forfeiture in due course to the holders of these partly paid-up equity shares. This disclosure serves as formal intimation to the exchange for record purposes.
