BCC FUBA India's 80th board meeting on May 27, 2026 will consider approval of standalone and consolidated audited financial results and statements for FY26 and Q4 ended March 31, 2026.
The board will also review the Directors' Report for FY25-26 and appoint an internal auditor for FY26-27.
