BCC Fuba India Limited invests ₹8 crore in 7% optionally convertible debentures issued by its subsidiary, Iogems Technologies.
The unsecured OCDs have a 7-year tenure with annual interest payments and were allotted on a private placement basis.
The investment was made in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
