The primary agenda for the board meeting includes consideration and approval of the company's standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 and the half year ended 30 September 2026. The board will also consider the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on these financial results.
The company has confirmed that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities is currently closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
