Ms. Savitri Yadav, DGM - Company Secretary, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of BEML Limited.
The appointment is effective from 07.08.2026.
She replaces Mrs. Urmi Chaudhury in this position.
Ms. Yadav is a commerce graduate and a qualified Company Secretary holding membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
She has 17 years of post-qualification experience in company secretarial functions, SEBI laws and company law.
