BEML Land Assets Ltd extends Shri Shantanu Roy's additional charge as Chairman & Managing Director for one year effective 01-Feb-2026.
The extension was approved by the President of India via Ministry of Defence letter dated 07-May-2026.
Shri Roy has no inter-se relationship with other directors of the company as confirmed in the disclosure.
