BEML Limited has secured an additional order for manufacturing and supply of Vande Bharat (Sleeper) trainsets valued at approximately Rs. 180.60 crores. The order was received from Integral Coach Factory. The company stated that this order was secured in the normal course of business.
The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The communication was addressed to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and The BSE Limited through their respective Listing Compliance Departments.
