AGM Details
The 102nd Annual General Meeting of Berger Paints India Limited will be held on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026 at 11:00 AM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The meeting is being conducted in accordance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) General Circular Nos. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020, 2/2022 dated 5th May, 2022, 10/2022 dated 28th December, 2022, 09/2023 dated 25th September, 2023, 09/2024 dated 19th September, 2024, 03/2025 dated 22nd September, 2025 and other relevant circulars.
Notice of the 102nd AGM and Integrated Annual Report for year ended 31st March 2026 will be sent electronically to all members with registered email addresses. Members without registered email addresses will receive a letter containing weblink access to the documents.
Dividend Declaration
The Board at its meeting held on 12th May, 2026 recommended a Dividend of ₹4 (400%) per equity share of Re 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. This dividend is subject to approval by members at the 102nd AGM.
Record Date and Book Closure
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Registers will remain closed from Thursday, 6th August, 2026 to Wednesday, 12th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 102nd AGM and dividend payment.
Dividend Payment Date
If declared at the 102nd AGM, dividend will be paid on Friday, 21st August, 2026 to eligible shareholders.
Eligibility for Dividend
- Physical shareholders: Those whose names appear in the Register of Members as on 12th August, 2026
- Demat shareholders: Those whose names appear in the list of beneficial holders furnished by respective Depositories as at end of business hours on 5th August, 2026
