The 35th Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The record date was set as 22nd September, 2026, with 70,607 shareholders registered as of that date.

Proposed Resolutions and Implications

Seven resolutions were put to vote:

6. Special Resolution: Remuneration in excess of limits prescribed under regulation 17(6)(e) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended to Mr. Vimal Kumar (DIN: 01260082), Managing Director of the Company.

7. Ordinary Resolution: Approval for Material Related Party Transaction(s) with Kashmir Chemicals.
