Beta Drugs Limited's board approved allotment of 283,668 equity shares for acquisition of Nivian Lifesciences Private Limited.
Shares were allotted at INR 1,712.49 each, including a premium of INR 1,702.49 per share.
The board meeting was held on 25th April 2026 and concluded after nearly three hours of deliberation.
