Beta Drugs Completes 66.09% Nivian Lifesciences Acquisition

• Beta Drugs Ltd has completed the acquisition of 10,94,535 Equity Shares representing 66.09% of the equity share capital of Nivian Life Sciences Private Limited
• 64.26% of the equity share capital was transferred to the Company on or before 30th April, 2026
• The remaining shares were transferred in the name of the Company on 22nd May, 2026
• Consequent to this acquisition, Nivian Life Sciences Private Limited has become a Subsidiary of the Company in the month of April 2026
• Under the share swap arrangement, the Company will initiate the process for Listing Approval with NSE and then execute the electronic credit of shares through corporate action
