Converge is positioned as India’s first integrated, one‑stop digital platform for workplace services, allowing employees to order food, book sports facilities, manage visitor access, obtain mobile‑based building entry (eliminating RFID cards and reducing plastic usage), and engage with campus events and wellness activities through a single mobile‑first interface. Upcoming enhancements mentioned include in‑app experience personalisation, smartwatch building access, and exclusive tenant deals, promotions, and priority event bookings.
User Metrics and Engagement
The app supports an employee user base exceeding 285,000 individuals, of which more than 35,000 are registered users. Monthly active user engagement on fully adopted campuses reaches up to 75 %, underscoring strong day‑to‑day relevance for tenant employees.
Financial Impact
Converge facilitated over ₹17 crore in annual in‑app transactions, encompassing food orders and other purchases, thereby delivering a significant revenue stream for BGRE’s digital services.
Operational Performance
The platform powers food ordering across more than 100 restaurant partners, handling upwards of 3,000 orders each month. System reliability is high, with an uptime of approximately 99.99 %.
