Bhageria Industries Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has complied with Regulation 36 (1) (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company has dispatched a physical letter to shareholders whose email addresses are not registered with the company, its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), or with the depositories. The cut-off date for determining which shareholders had not registered an email address was July 3, 2026.
The purpose of the letter is to provide these shareholders with a web-link and a QR code to access the Notice of the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26.
The 37th AGM is scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

The letter also serves as a reminder to shareholders to update their KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024. The mandated details to be updated for physical shareholders include PAN, Address with PIN code, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, Specimen Signature, and choice of Nomination. While updating an Email ID is optional, shareholders are requested to register it to avail of online services.
The SEBI circular mandates that from April 1, 2024, any payments (including dividend, interest, or redemption) to folios holding physical securities that lack these updated KYC details will be made only through electronic mode.
