Rahuri Cleantech Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bhageria Industries, commissioned a 7 MW Solar PV plant in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra on March 27, 2026.
The 7 MW plant (3.5 MW each on Bay-I & Bay-II) forms part of an aggregate 32 MW capacity under Maharashtra's MSKVY 2.0 scheme.
The disclosure was filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, and is expected to enhance Bhageria's renewable energy portfolio.
