Bhageria Industries Limited has intimated the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited of a scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors.
The meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The company had previously informed the exchanges via a letter dated September 19, 2026, that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed. The closure became effective from October 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results.
This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) and Regulation 50(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
