Bhagwati Autocast Limited has intimated BSE Limited about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for Wednesday, 28th October 2026.
The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended on 30th September 2026. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The board may also consider any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
In continuation of the company's letter dated 30th September 2026, and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition and Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window has been closed for the following persons from 1st October 2026:
- Promoters
- Senior management personnel
- Their immediate relatives
- Other connected persons
The trading window shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the financial results for the quarter/half year ended 30th September 2026 become generally available.
