Bhagyanagar India Ltd appointed Mr. Sanjay Singh Rathore as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective 30th March 2026.
The appointment is pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
Mr. Rathore holds ACS membership (No. 66136) with an M.Com degree and experience in company laws and accountancy.
