Bhagyanagar India Ltd reported FY 2025‑26 revenue of INR 2,377.83 cr, up 46% YoY, and PAT of INR 50.17 cr, up 258%.
The company announced a roadmap to expand copper production capacity to 45,000 MT and invest INR 40 cr over the next two years.
It targets INR 5,000 cr revenue by FY 2029‑30, supported by a NCLT‑admitted demerger creating Tieramet Ltd as a standalone copper business.
Growth is driven by strong demand from renewable energy, EVs, AI data centres, power infrastructure and telecom sectors.
