Bhandari Hosiery Board Meet on Rights Issue Fund Utilisation

Bhandari Hosiery Exports has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on Monday, 6th April 2026.
The meeting will consider modification in utilisation of funds raised through a recently concluded Rights Issue.
The modification is necessitated due to under-subscription of the Rights Issue, per Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR.
