Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited has issued a regulatory filing to inform the stock exchanges of a change in the format of its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM, which was previously scheduled to be held through physical mode on Tuesday, 21st July 2026 at 11:30 A.M. IST, will now be held through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The change in format is described as an effort by the Company to support a recent appeal from the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, which encouraged the adoption of virtual engagements wherever feasible in the interest of the nation.
The Company confirms that the virtual AGM will be held in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) from time to time, which relate to the holding of general meetings through VC/OAVM.
This communication is a follow-up to an earlier company communication bearing reference number BEPL/SEC/2026/152, dated Friday, April 24, 2026.
