Bharat Coking Coal Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 regarding changes in Senior Management Personnel (SMP). The company has issued office orders for transfer and posting of certain executives, resulting in six management changes.
The detailed changes are as follows:
1. Shri Arvind Kumar Sinha, General Manager (Mining) - Transferred from General Manager (Estate) to General Manager (Jharia Master Plan). This represents a change in posting of existing SMP.
2. Shri Sudhakar Prasad, General Manager (Mining) - Transferred from General Manager (HRD) to General Manager (Estate). This represents a change in posting of existing SMP.
3. Shri Dhanraj Akhare, General Manager (Mining) - Transferred from General Manager (Safety & Rescue) to General Manager (CMC). This represents a change in posting of existing SMP.
4. Shri Tuneshwar Paswan, General Manager (Mining) - Transferred from R&D and NI Department to General Manager (Safety & Rescue). Will become SMP upon assumption of charge.
5. Shri Arpan Ghosh, General Manager (HR) - Continues as General Manager (MP&R) with additional charge of General Manager (HRD). This represents additional charge of office along with current designation.
6. Shri Bikram Kumar, Chief Manager (Mining) - Transferred from HOD (CMC) to Additional General Manager, Kusunda Area. Will cease to be SMP upon release from present assignment.
