Bharat Forge Subsidiary Acquires 90% Stake in RS Aerostructures

Transaction Details

BF Industrial Solutions Limited (BFISL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited, has completed the acquisition of 36,00,000 equity shares of RS Aerostructures Limited (RSAL). The shares were acquired at par value of ₹10 per share, representing 90% of the paid-up share capital of RSAL on a fully diluted basis.

Corporate Structure Impact

Consequent to this acquisition, RS Aerostructures Limited has become a stepdown subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited.
