The 54th Annual General Meeting of Bharat Gears Limited was held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) using the 'InstaMeet' platform provided by Registrar and Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:55 P.M.

Mr. Prashant Khattry, Corporate Head (Legal) and Company Secretary welcomed shareholders and explained meeting procedures. The Chairman provided an overview of the financial and operational performance for FY2025-26 and future outlook. Intime India Private Limited was engaged for meeting & voting process, with Ms. Rashmi Aswal appointed as scrutinizer for remote e-voting process.
