2. Postponement of Financial Results Consideration
The Board was scheduled to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026. However, the financial statements were not ready for consideration and approval. The Board decided to defer this agenda item to a subsequent Board meeting. The revised date will be communicated to the stock exchanges separately.
