Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Mr. Mohan Ram Goenka, Practising Company Secretary (FCS No. 4515, CP No. 2551), Partner of MR & Associates, was appointed as Scrutinizer to oversee the voting process. His responsibility was to ensure fair and transparent voting and to report on votes cast for, against, or abstained. The scrutinizer confirmed that all voting records are under his safe custody and will be handed over to the Chairman or Company Secretary after minutes approval.
