Bharat Textiles & Proofing Industries Limited has disclosed the resignation of Mr. Shiv Ratan Jhawar (ICSI Membership No.: AB0893) from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, who is classified as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company.
The resignation was tendered via letter dated 01st July, 2026 and will be effective from 01st July, 2026 after the closing of business hours. The stated reason for resignation is "better growth and career opportunity."
Mr. Jhawar confirmed in his resignation letter that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated, as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with clause 7C of Part A of Schedule II.
