The disclosure notes that due to the suspension of the company's securities, the trading window mechanism under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading is currently not operative. However, as a matter of abundant caution and in the interest of good corporate governance, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by designated persons has been closed since April 01, 2026, and shall be deemed to remain closed.
