Airtel Global IFSC Limited has been incorporated as a Finance Company to undertake the activity of Global Corporate Treasury Centre and other permissible activities in accordance with the framework/regulations issued by International Financial Services Centres Authority.
Ownership Structure
The subsidiary is 100% owned by Bharti Airtel Limited (Holding Company). The acquisition does not constitute a related party transaction as it is a newly incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary.
Financial Consideration
The initial subscription was made in cash for ₹20,000,000 (Indian Rupees Two crores only).
