Bheema Cements held its 46th Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2026 via video conference.
The meeting addressed adoption of financial statements and re-appointment of a director.
E-voting was conducted from April 24-26 with results to be declared post-meeting.
Seven directors/KMPs and the statutory auditor's representative attended the AGM.
