Bheema Cements AGM Approves Director Reappointments

Bheema Cements held its 45th AGM on April 27, 2026, approving five key resolutions including financial statements and director reappointments.
Shareholders re-appointed Mr. Kuchampudi Srinivasa Upendrasaketh Varma as Whole-time Director for a five-year term effective April 27, 2026.
Members re-appointed Mr. Kandula Prasanna Sai Raghuveer as Managing Director for another five-year term starting April 27, 2026.
The AGM also approved material related party transactions proposed for the financial year 2024-25.
