BHEL received a Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Ltd for the 3x800 MW Telangana Stage-II STPP Main Plant Package.
The contract is valued at over ₹13,500 crore (excl. GST) and covers design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, and commissioning.
Execution timeline is 62 months from the NOA date of 29th March 2026; project located in Peddapalli district, Telangana.
BHEL had emerged as the successful bidder in October 2024 and received LNTP in November 2024 for basic engineering work.
