Bihar Sponge Iron Signs Facility Agreement with Amalgam Steel

Bihar Sponge Iron entered a new Facility User Agreement dated 23rd March 2026 with Amalgam Steel & Power Limited for plant operations.
The agreement covers operation of the Sponge Iron Plant and Railway Siding in Jharkhand, replacing the terminated deal with Vanraj Steels.
The disclosure corrects a typo in the earlier intimation filed on 24th March 2026 under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR.
