Bikaji Foods International Limited has made disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, following its 31st Annual General Meeting held on August 20, 2026.
The shareholders approved the reappointment of six directors:
1. Mr. Deepak Agarwal (DIN: 00192890) as Chairman and Managing Director for a further term of 3 consecutive years from February 01, 2027 to January 31, 2030. He has been with the company since January 25, 2002 and has over 24 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in ethnic snacks and sweets. He is the spouse of Mrs. Shweta Agarwal.
2. Mrs. Shweta Agarwal (DIN: 00619052) as Executive Director for a further term of 3 consecutive years from February 01, 2027 to January 31, 2030. She has been with the company since November 16, 2006 and has over 19 years of experience in the food industry. She is the spouse of Mr. Deepak Agarwal.
3. Mr. Nikhil Kishorchandra Vora (DIN: 05014606) as Non-Executive and Independent Director for a second term of 5 consecutive years from December 08, 2026 to December 07, 2031. He has been with the company since December 08, 2021 and has over 30 years of experience in financial markets and consumer domain. He is founder and CEO of Sixth Sense Ventures Advisors LLP.
4. Mr. Pulkit Anilkumar Bachhawat (DIN: 07685824) as Non-Executive and Independent Director for a second term of 5 consecutive years from December 08, 2026 to December 07, 2031. He has been with the company since December 08, 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in finance and investment. He is founder of Right Pillar Advisors Private Limited.
5. Mrs. Richa Manoj Goyal (DIN: 00159889) as Non-Executive and Independent Director for a second term of 5 consecutive years from December 08, 2026 to December 07, 2031. She has been with the company since December 08, 2021 and has over 23 years of experience in Corporate Laws and Intellectual Property Laws. She is proprietor of Richa Goyal and Associates law firm.
6. Mr. Siraj Azmat Chaudhry (DIN: 00161853) as Non-Executive and Independent Director for a second term of 5 consecutive years from August 24, 2026 to August 23, 2031. He has been with the company since August 24, 2021 and has over 27 years of experience in agriculture and food processing industries.
The disclosure confirms that none of the reappointed directors have been debarred or disqualified from holding director office by SEBI or any other relevant authority.
