- Specific expertise in FEMA compliance, secretarial audits, NCLT matters, and corporate restructuring
- Experience with bonus issues, private placements, conversion of private companies into public companies, pre-IPO due diligence
- Extensive exposure to management, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and compliance across multiple sectors including manufacturing, renewable energy, biodiesel, financial structuring, foreign investments, and corporate advisory
Independence and Relationships
- Mr. Jha is not related to the Promoter or Promoter Group of the Company
- He is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company
