Board Meeting Announcement
A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, 12th August 2026. The purpose of the meeting is to consider, take on record and adopt the unaudited financial statements for the calendar quarter ended 30th June 2026.
Trading Window Closure
As previously notified via letter dated 27th June 2026 pursuant to the company's code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window closure period for dealing in the company's securities had commenced with effect from 1st July 2026. The closure period will remain valid until 48 hours after the completion of the board meeting.
