Key Details
- The disclosure concerns shareholders who have not claimed dividend amounts for the year ended 31st March 2019

Conditions for Share Transfer
- Dividend declared in financial year 2018-2019 remains unpaid/unclaimed for 7 years from declaration date
- Concerned shareholder must not have claimed any dividend payments for all financial years till year ended 31st March 2026
- Shareholder must continue to be a member as on current date
Timeline and Procedures
- Statement containing details of shareholders (name, address, folio number, demat account number, number of shares) available on company website www.bimite.co.in
- Individual notices sent to all concerned shareholders detailing course of action
- If no valid claim received by 27th August 2026, shares will be transferred to IEPF without further notice
- Transfer will occur on or after the due date of transfer
Post-Transfer Provisions
- No claim shall lie against the company for unpaid/unclaimed dividend amounts and corresponding equity shares transferred to IEPF
- Benefits accruing on such shares can be claimed from IEPF Authority by making application in Form No. IEPF-5
