Overview
Binance released a press announcement on 12 September 2026 detailing the launch of Binance Traders League Season 4, a multi‑asset trading competition that will run from 09 September 2026 10:00 UTC to 07 October 2026 09:59 UTC. The campaign unifies spot crypto, tokenized securities (bStocks), TradFi perpetual contracts, digital‑asset futures, and two side‑task tracks, offering a total prize pool equivalent to $4 million.
Prize Structure
- Side‑Task Track – a dedicated $1 million USDC pool. The referral task rewards users who invite a friend who then completes $100 of cumulative trading volume; each qualifying referrer receives up to $10 USDC token vouchers. The bStocks first‑trade task targets new bStocks users who achieve $20 cumulative volume on designated pairs, sharing a $500,000 pool with a maximum of $5 per eligible participant.
- Spot Solo Competition – a 1,200 BNB pool split into two rounds: 960 BNB plus an additional 240 BNB allocated as “Sprint Rewards” across four limited‑time periods. Participants must record at least $500 of trading volume on eligible spot pairs. The top performer in each round can earn up to 18 BNB, with rewards distributed proportionally across leaderboard positions. A 1.2× multiplier applies to select pairs such as ALT/USDT, CATI/USDT, MEME/USDT, among others, and leaderboards refresh every two hours.
- bStocks Solo Competition – a 708 BNB pool across two rounds. Users increase their effective net Assets Under Management (AUM) in bStocks; an early‑bird multiplier rewards early purchases and holdings. Eligibility requires maintaining a minimum of $100 effective net AUM in bStocks. The highest prize per round is 52 BNB.
- TradFi Perpetual Contracts Competition – a $500,000 USDC pool across two rounds. Participants must complete at least $500 of trading volume on designated TradFi perpetual contracts. The first‑place winner in each round receives $37,500 USDC; the top 50 participants share the remainder, with proportional allocations for all other eligible traders.
- Digital Asset Futures Competition – a 1,416 BNB pool across two rounds. Rankings are based on cumulative valid trading volume on designated digital‑asset futures pairs. The top 300 eligible participants share the pool proportionally. A 1.2× bonus multiplier applies to BNB and selected token futures contracts, while a 0.5× multiplier applies to API‑generated volume and USDC‑margined contracts. A minimum $500 trading volume is required.
Eligibility and Participation
All verified regular users may join the Spot track, while verified regular users and Binance VIP tiers 1‑6 may enter the Futures, bStocks, and TradFi tracks. Liquidity providers in Binance Spot and Futures Liquidity Provider Programs and Binance Brokers are expressly excluded. Participants must register via the “Join Now” button on the campaign landing page and satisfy the specific volume or AUM thresholds for each track.
Reward Distribution and Redemption
Side‑task rewards are credited within 48 hours of task completion. All other rewards are issued as token vouchers no later than 22 October 2026. Winners can redeem vouchers through Profile > Rewards Hub, and each voucher expires 21 days after distribution.
Regulatory and Risk Disclosures
The announcement emphasizes that digital‑asset prices are subject to high market risk and volatility, and futures trading carries additional risks such as margin calls and potential liquidation. bStocks are classified as tokenized securities (Certificates) available only to eligible users in jurisdictions permitted by an Approved Prospectus in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). They are not offered in the United States, nor are they considered shares or direct ownership of underlying equities. Binance reserves the unilateral right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
Additional Notes
- Token vouchers are non‑transferable and must be used within the stipulated expiry period.
- Participants are urged to review all terms, eligibility criteria, and jurisdictional restrictions before engaging.
- The competition’s design includes multipliers for specific assets and activity types to incentivize concentrated trading.
