Birla Institute Appeals Student Death Case to Supreme Court

Birla Institute of Technology has filed a special leave petition in the Supreme Court against a High Court order in a student death case.
The institute has paid Rs. 20 lakh to the father of the deceased student as part of the legal proceedings.
The Supreme Court has condoned delays, allowed the petition, and issued notices to the respondents.
