Birla Precision reschedules its board meeting from May 21 to May 29, 2026 due to unavoidable circumstances.
The meeting will consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2026.
The board will also consider and recommend a final dividend on equity shares for FY 2025-26.
