Birla Transasia Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Birla Transasia Carpets' Board appointed Mr. Ankit Mazumar as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term commencing FY 2025-26.
The appointment was approved in the Board Meeting held on April 6, 2026, based on Audit Committee recommendations.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
