The Company has scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors and Committees, including the Audit Committee, to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 12:00 Noon (IST).
The primary agenda is to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report.
Trading Window Closure
The Trading Window for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company has been closed for Promoters, Directors, KMPs, Designated Personnels and their Immediate Relatives since July 1, 2026.
The Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company.
